On Saturday, the ITFE National Team was fully engaged in their first dedicated squad session of the year, preparing for the upcoming Taekwon-Do European Championships in Bosnia & Herzegovina. On Sunday, the National Team returned to training, this time joined by the development group aspiring to reach the national team, fostering an environment of growth and motivation.
