KIDS 1
4 – 6 years
These classes are designed to accommodate young children who have the physical capacity for 45 minutes controlled Martial Arts exercise. Classes focus on teaching motor skills propaedeutic for the practice of high-level martial arts.
Yet, the sessions not only cater to the physical capacity of children but also aim to instill discipline, focus, and coordination in these young minds.
Through carefully crafted techniques and exercises, the classes provide a nurturing environment for children to develop their motor skills, agility, and body awareness, all of which are essential for their journey into the world of martial arts.
It’s crucial at this tender age to lay the foundation for their physical and mental well-being, and these classes do just that by setting the stage for a lifelong practice of martial arts.
KIDS 2
7 – 11 years
From the age of 7, children attending our KIDS 1 classes can begin the full ITF style Taekwon-Do syllabus.
This provides them with an early opportunity to immerse themselves in the rich tradition and discipline of Taekwon-Do, enabling them to develop key physical and mental skills from an early age.
The structured syllabus not only focuses on the physical aspects of the martial art but also emphasizes the importance of respect, focus, and self-discipline.
As they progress through the syllabus, children will gain confidence, improve their coordination, and learn valuable self-defense techniques.
Moreover, starting at a young age allows them to internalise the core tenets of Taekwon-Do, laying a strong foundation for their future growth as martial artists and individuals.
TEENS & ADULTS
12+ years
In line with our goal of helping all students reach their full potential, we offer classes for teenagers and adults who have developed greater physical coordination and control, which makes them skillful Taekwon-Do practitioners.
Our classes provide a supportive and challenging environment for individuals to further develop their martial arts skills, enhance their physical fitness, and cultivate a strong sense of discipline and self-confidence. With experienced instructors and a well-structured curriculum, students have the opportunity to refine their techniques, deepen their understanding of Taekwon-Do principles, and participate in various events and competitions.
