The initial 2024 training session for the ITF England National Team, gearing up for the upcoming ITF Taekwon-Do European Championship in Poland next year.

Location: Didcot Leisure Centre, Didcot

The National Team Coaches conducted two training sessions, one exclusively for selected national team members on Saturday, and another open to other competitors on Sunday. The upcoming squad session will maintain a similar format and is scheduled for the 10th and 11th of February.

2024 Taekwon-Do classes

We took a brief break during the festive season, but now we’re thrilled to be back doing what we love: teaching Taekwon-Do.

Tuesday 2nd January signalled the beginning of our 2024 Taekwon-Do classes. It was truly delightful to greet both returning and new students!

On December 17th, the final event for selecting and training the squad for the upcoming European Championships in Poland happened. The list of competitors who will represent England has not been announced yet, but it will be shared with them soon. It’s important to appreciate the efforts of all participants, whether they are chosen or not.

Grading & Seminar Greenwich Taekwon-Do 16/12/2023

Arch Combat Academy participated in a Taekwon-Do Squad Session at George Green’s School in London on November 18th. I had the honour of delivering a seminar for all rank levels up to 2nd Dan. After the seminar, it was great to catch up with Taekwon-Do friends at the ETA Gala event held at Davy’s.

More than 50 athletes participated in the intensive session, showcasing their skills and determination.The national team coaches attentively observed and assessed each competitor, analysing their performance for the upcoming European Championships.

While this session showcased the talent and dedication of these athletes, the anticipation continues to mount as the fourth and final selection event of the year approaches.
