On Sunday, the ITFE National Team held their third squad session of the year to prepare for the Taekwon-Do European Championships in Bosnia & Herzegovina, focusing on technique and strategy with guidance from coaches. In the morning, they trained together with the development athletes. The next ITFE National Team squad sessions are scheduled for the 6th and 13th of April.
Arch Combat Academy operates as a Taekwon-Do club in Wembley Park, London.
