On Saturday, the ITFE National Team held their second squad session of the year to prepare for the Taekwon-Do European Championships in Bosnia & Herzegovina, focusing on technique and strategy with guidance from coaches. On Sunday, they trained alongside the development group, fostering growth and unity as experienced athletes mentored newcomers through drills and sparring sessions.
