It was the fifth and final ETA (England Taekwon-Do Association) squad session of the year, with participants engaged in a variety of topics, from sparring techniques to patterns. The day was capped off in the evening with the much-anticipated ETA Gala, held in the elegant surroundings of Greenwich.
Arch Combat Academy is a Taekwon-Do club in Wembley Park, London.
