On 24th March, the ITF England Squad Session was successfully hosted by Worcester Martial Arts, Taekwon-Do School under the leadership of Sally Gleaves. The session saw a great turnout of athletes diligently preparing for the upcoming European Championships in Poland, ensuring that they are fully prepared to represent their country on the international stage.
