Another ITF England National Team squad session took place at Westfield Academy in Watford on Sunday 25 June.
Similarly to the last squad session in May, this event was joined by development squad competitors who wish to be selected for the National Team taking part to the European Championships next year. There were also important contributions from Northumbria University about sport psychology and nutrition.
Special thanks to my colleagues Tom Denis and Piotr Capaja (Docklands Taekwon-do), Nick Symonds (Total TKD), Michal Dziubicki (Londinium Fighters), Ben England (Apex Martial Arts) and Neil Warburton (Saint Martial Arts) for their contribution to the session.
The next squad session is already scheduled for 30 July in Watford.
