The second ITF England National Team squad session for this year took place on 5th February in Worcester at Worcestershire Martial Arts & Fitness. This session was held in preparation for the European Championship in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, at the end of April 2023.
Special thanks to my colleagues Tom Denis and Piotr Capaja (Docklands Taekwon-do), Nick Symonds and Carly Wilson (Total TKD), Michal Dziubicki (Londinium Fighters) and Ben England (Apex) for their contribution to the session.
Today was really special because we had the pleasure and honour to be joined by Grand Master Orello Ellis, an icon of Taekwon-Do in England.
