The last ITF England National Team squad session took place today 11th December at the Pediswell Leisure Centre in Worcester.
This session allowed the coaching team to finalise the list of athletes who will compete at the 2023 Taekwon-Do European Championship in Romania.
We thoroughly enjoyed the squad sessions this year and we look forward to start again in January.
