On 30th October 2022 we attended the first part of the International Do Course (IDC). An IDC explores what it means to be truly a man or a woman of Taekwon-Do, as defined by Gen. Choi, and how one becomes truly a man or a woman of Taekwon-Do.
The Part 1 of the IDC was a good opportunity to learn more about the Do and the tenets of Taekwon-do. It offered many takeaways that will be incorporated in our Taekwon-Do sessions.
